KINGMAX and Digital China Form a New Partnership

KINGMAX and Digital China join forces to enter the SO-DIMM market

World-leading memory producer KINGMAX Technology (KINGMAX) has entered a partnership agreement with Mainland China's biggest IT supply chain services provider, Digital China. Under the agreement the two companies signed recently in Beijing, Digital China will serve as the exclusive sales agent for KINGMAX's SO-DIMM products in China. The partnership marks the two companies' entry into the SO-DIMM market in China. High-level representatives from both companies attended the signing ceremony formalizing the partnership, which included Vice President of Digital China; and President of KINGMAX.

The Kingmax-Digital China partnership underlines Kingmax's commitment to produce products of the utmost quality. The high efficiency of Kingmax's complete series of SO-DIMM products -- which boast the highest capacity, the finest heat dispersion capabilities, the highest stability and the best compatibility -- has helped bring success to the partnership. Under the agreement, Digital China will serve as the exclusive sales agent for KINGMAX, marketing and promoting KINGMAX memory products for notebook computers while providing computer package services.
